Awesome test

Never thought I could have plant based seekh kebabs. the texture is so chicken alike and the flavor is Indian, loved it. Will try other products soon.

TAWA     /     PAN

  1. Preheat the Tawa/Pan (max. temp upto 150 degree Celsius) and use any vegetable oil.
  2. Take the product from the freezer. Grill directly, DO NOT THAW.
  3. Put the desired quantity gently into hot Tawa/Pan and grill for 4 min 30 sec until golden brown.Make sure the core reaches temp above 75 degree Celsius.
  4. Seal and keep the remaining product in freezer.


  1. Preheat 180 degree Celsius for 3 mins.
  2. Take the product from the freezer.Cook directly,DO NOT THAW.
  3. Grease the product mildly with vegetable oil.
  4. Set the Temp. 200 degree Celsius.Cook for 5-6 mins until golden brown for a single layer on tray.

Reduce or increase the cooking time as per the quantity.

Not suitable for microwave cooking.
