REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. Customer Cancellation:
a. As a general policy of trade, the
customer isn't entitled to cancel an order once processed.
b. In case, the customer cancels his/her
order, the paid amount will not be refunded and 100% of the order value will be
collected by us as a penalty for the breach of the terms.
2. Non-Customer Cancellation:
We also hold the right cancel the order
and penalize the customer with 100% of the order value under certain
conditions, including
a. In such cases, where the delivery
address is incomplete or wrong.
b. If the delivery agent fails to contact
the customer during the time of order delivery.
c. If the pin codes shared by the
customer falls beyond our serviceable area pin codes as mentioned on the
website.
REFUND POLICY:
No order placed by the customer is
entitled to be canceled once the order is processed and thus no refund
application can be raised by the customer however certain scenarios can be an
exception.
Unfortunately, we cannot
accept returns on sale/discounted items, hence no refunds.
Damages and issues
Please
inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 hours of reception,
if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.
