Meat Balls
1. Meatball Sub

1 baguette, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley-chopped, ½ tablespoon salt, ½ tablespoon pepper, 10 slices mozzarella cheese (vegan cheese can be used as per choice) marinara sauce, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley-chopped, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
For GARLIC BUTTER RECIPE
3 tablespoons butter-melted (vegan butter can be used as per choice), 3 cloves garlic-minced- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180˚C).
- 2. Cook the Just Dig In meatballs over medium heat, turning to brown each side. Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel.
- 3. Slice the baguette & hollow out the insides of the baguette pieces with a knife.
- 4. Push the meatballs and cheese into a baguette piece.
- 5. Slice the stuffed baguette pieces into 1-inch (2 cm) slices, then place them tightly side-by-side on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix together ingredients for garlic butter.
- 7. Brush the garlic butter evenly over the baguette slices, making sure some drips in between the slices.
- 8. Wrap the foil over the re-assembled baguette and bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and the top is starting to brown.
- 9. Remove the foil and serve with marinara.
2. Meatball in Manchurian Style Gravy
1 pack of Just dig In meatballs, 2 medium onion, 2 capsicum, 3 tbsp. finely chopped garlic, 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped ginger, 2 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 spn sugar(optional), 1/2 spn. vinegar, 1 tbsp. soya sauce, 2 tbsp. tomato sauce,1 tbsp. cornflour(for making sauce), Oil as required, salt as required- 1. Shallow fry meatballs till golden brown color. Remove and keep aside.
- 2. Heat oil in same pan.
- 3. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry till golden color.
- 4. Add pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- 5. Add meatballs and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- 6. Add sugar(optional), vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt.Mix well.
- 7. Dilute cornflour in 4 TS of water.
- 8. Add cornflour mix and cook till the mixture thickens slightly.
- 9. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with fried rice,noodles,chapati or naan.

Cook the nuggets as per instruction provided at the back of the pack
- 2. Heat little butter on the pan
- 3. Toast the bun in the inside
- 4. Spread the sauce or mayonnaise on it
- 5. Put the veggies on it
- 6. Then put the cheese slice on it
- 7. Place the fried nuggets on the cheese bed
- 8. Close it up and enjoy the delicacy guiltfree.
Seekh Kabab

1. Seekh kabab in Roti
Rumali Roti / Tawa Roti base, 1 chopped Onion, 1 chopped tomato in ring shape, Fresh Romain Letuce / Ice berg Letuce of your choice , Purple Cabbage (optional), Bell Pepper – Cut into julians, Garlic in Mayo sauce, Ketchup – Optional, Lemon Juice,- 1. Cook the Just Dig In! seekh kebab on pan or airfy it as per cooking instructions at the back of the pack.
- 2. Chop the Onion into juiens
- 3. Chop the tomatos into ring shape
- 4. Cut the bell peppers into julians along with purple cabbage (optional)
- 5. Apply or spread the garlic & Mayo sauce on the base or roti.
- 6. Break a fresh leaf of lettuce and lay it on the roti or the tortia base
- 7. Lay the kebab along with the diced veggies in equal proportion and add a dash of lemon juice to it
- 8. Roll it up and enjoy . You can have it with some fries ,dips & ketchup.
2. Seekh kabab Salad
4 Sheek Kabab, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1/4 cup corn, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper, 3-4 baby corn, 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves, Black Salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp minced garlic,2-3 tsp curd, 2 green chili- 1. Making Dip :- Finely chop the red chilli, garlic, mint and coriander.
- 2. Mix together the chopped chilli, garlic, mint and coriander with the ground cumin, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix this all together with the yogurt.
- 3. Chop red & yellow bell pepper, baby corn and steam them
- 4. Finally Chop onion and tomatoes.
- 5. Open up a pack of Seekh Kabab pieces and saute for 2-3 mins in Pan/microwave or air fryer. Will do nicely.
- 6. Take a bowl add steam vegetable, onion and tomato, corn.
- 7. Now add some kabab pieces, add salt and pepper and mix it well
- 8. Finally Pour the spicy yogurt concoction over the salad.
